my wife is going to kill me
this is a pic of my last itr #430....... f..k i miss this car
rstor emailed it to me....the only digital pic i have..... hunter owns it now.....
anyways, i am debating selling my s2k and getting another....
there is just something about a R that i can't explain, but those that own one, or use to own one, know what i am talking about
my s2k was a deal to good to be true, i bought it 8 months ago with 4377 miles on the odo( its a 2000) for a steal.... the car is pretty much brand new....
it lives in the garage 5 days a week and is only driven on the weekends.... i feel like it is somewhat a waste of money because i dont drive it more....however, i do love driving it....
when i had both itr's they were daily drivers (and enjoyed every minute of it), but with the s2k being pretty much brand new, and knowing that i will never be able to afford a true new one, it sits....
maybe i should just say f..k it and make it my daily driver
soooo, what would you do, my wife thinks i obsess way to much about cars, hell i had cable installed in our garage....
anyways, try not to flame me to much
and i am glad that # 430 is in good hands

I don't drive my R daily. It is also just for weekend and no winter.
I like my 1/1 scale diecast so when I am bored or need excitement,
I go ride like hell in the R and forget life and my girlfriend!
She hates my R but I don't give a damm!
When I step back in to my CRV daily , reality of life comes back
but I know I always can escape alittle with my R!

If you miss the R so much, get another. Problem solved. Get a 4-door EG EX as a daily driver so you can park at malls/work/anyplace without freaking out and you're done.
If your wife has put up with all of your other cars, this will seem like a **** in the ocean.

tough choice. I went from a low 14 second GS-R to a 11 second 240SX back to a low 14 second Type R...there's something about tegs...My next car, however, will be RWD or AWD. Either E46 M3, Infiniti G35 Coupe, or if I'm still a ricer, Evo MR.
I say keep the S2K since u got the DC5 to drive.

Ive daily driven my R for the past 2 years and maintenance has kind of gotten away from me. Ive got over 120,000 miles clocked on the chassis of my car and want to get it back to like new condition to prepare to owning it for a very long time. Now Ive got a 93 LS to drive daily and am looking forward to my weekend escapes in the R. There is just a time when a car like the R needs to be protected from all the crap that a car is put through on a daily basis.
