I have a 96 prelude with a JDM H22A. The vin reads that I have an H23 in it(of course, because of swap). When I went to go get it smogged the guy said that the obd2 sensor wasnt reading. He said that my car wasnt even coming up. The computer was trying to get a steady RPM and it just showed 0. I have had it smogged before and I have the paperwork showing it. I also have the paperwork saying that Blacktrax preformance did the swap, so im pretty sure that they are a good swap place and wouldnt screw my car up. I need to get this car smogged soon because the DMV wont give me my registration without the new certificate. I have only tried the one place and tomorrow I will try more. But if you have any ideas as to why it wouldnt read my car at all plase help me out. Thanks
