Joe, I did everything I could to help you with the claim on the wheel. FedEx damaged the wheel. We had to go through the proper channels but you became impatient and just wanted the scratched wheel back. So we shipped it back to you. Last we spoke, I had reminded you that I'm still here to help if you need me. Please email, PM, AIM, or call me if you want to talk about it. This is not the proper way of handling this situation.

 

The matter of whether the wheels are damaged are determined by FedEx not by us. When we spoke, I explained that to you. If you took that explanation of the procedure as my denying that the wheel is damaged, I apologize. That decision is not up to me. If you have changed your mind and would like to rebut the FedEx claim decision, let me know. I'm still here to help.
