Default Front clip ?

Yes, i did search i was thinking about buying a itr front clip and use the parts to switch my 96 civic dx from auto to manual will the parts work or not? if not b16 with turbo

if you're going from B18c5(ITR) to D15y7(96 civic dx) then no, the parts will not work.

If you have the front clip and all, I see no reason not to put the b18c5 in there.

I think you're completely misunderstanding him.

He wants to buy a ITR front clip, and replace his D16Y7, with a B18C(R)

To the original poster: most, if not all of the parts to do the swap will be in the front clip (assuming it's complete). You can sometimes find them for sale here in the classifieds, or go to hmotors.com (or hmotorsonline.com, or something to that effect)

you will get the parts you need to do the swap. it might not come with the linkage you need, and you might have to source a shifter. the pedal assembly should work i would think. and you dont have to switch the bracket on the frame rail of the 96+ motors, like on the 92-95(on the 92-95 you could buy a special mount but it is cheaper to switch brackets if you can weld)
