Prothane, Energy Suspension...are they worth it?
How do they feel compared to stock bushings and stock motor & tranny mounts? My Teg has 126,000 miles and it rides decent, but the suspension is a little mushy near the limit and the mounts are a little mushy as well under hard acceleration. Do you guys recommend them? Pro's? Cons? Opinions?

I can't speak in terms of the Integra but the urethane made a world of a difference in both of my Mustangs. They tightenned everything up dramatically. Turn-ins were much crisper and more solid and the cars lost a lot of sloshy feel. Some people say the ride is a good bit more harsh with urethane but I can't say the comfort is bad in either of my Mustangs.
I have them. I like them. But there's a few problems with them that are worth mentioning...
1. They do make the ride a bit worse...not terrible, but you'll notice.
2. They squeak once they've been on the car for a while. I don't care what the companies tell you about this...they just do. That grease, thick as it is, does wash away over time.
3. Because of #2, you'll want to take them out probably once a year and clean them / regrease them.
4. Huge, giant, first class pain in the *** to perform the install.
