Can VAFC cause rough idle?
I have had the VAFC installed for almost two years now. I am experiencing rough idle. Is it possible the VAFC needs to be re-tuned? Only other thing I could think of would be valve adjustment.
I am taking it to the dealer so I just want to know ahead of time if I should disconnect the VAFC or if I can elave it on because it doesn't affect the idle.

Hmm, well that is what I have. So then that sounds like the issue. Hopefully Acura can figure it out.
What should the vac. be? Is this in the Helms somewhere? I can have Acura test it.

i vaguely remember reading about vac pressures and problems in here before. might wanna search around a bit or check the helms.
