Default Honda Dealer adjusting my aftermarket valves?

Alright, my fully built valvetrain is pretty noisy lately, alot of tapping going on...so im going to take it into honda to get looked at since i dont have the tools or time to do it myself, my question is...Will having aftermarket 1mm oversized valves affect the valve lash adjustment? I want to know because i dont want to go in and have them tell me they cant adjust them for me...

CLIFF NOTES: Aftermarket valvetrain, can honda adjust my aftrmarker valves?

If you tell them no different they will never know. The oversize part of the valve is in the combustion chamber. They will only have to remove the valve cover to adjust the valves. so the only the thing they will see is the stem and its stock size i assume.

Just make sure you have them adjust the valves to the proper specs for the cams you are running (if they aren't stock, which I assume they aren't with a "fully built" valvetrain).

ah.. just do it to specs it won't make that much of a difference. but a 10mm deep 45degree angled had wrench and a 7dollars craftsman feeler gauge and a flat screw driver. for my setup both intake and exhause should be even.
