Default Info required on changing to 205/50/15 tires

Hi guys. I drive a civic EK and do a fair bit of autocross. I'm currently using all 195/55/15 tires. I've searched on topics regarding using 205/50/15 tires infront and 195/55/15 in the rear, and most ppl seem supportive of this. So I plan to do it.

My question : Would the wider 205 tires touch the fenders or the fender underlining when doing hard cornering? Any adjustments required in order to fit these tires in an EK? My rims are enkei cps2 : 15"x7jj, offset 43, 4 hole, PCD100.

Thanks in advance

What suspension are you running? I'm running lowered onto Eibach Pro-Kits, and was fine running my 205 street tires at an event. The only time I've rubbed is occasionally when I'm turning full lock out of my lot, which is angled.

Depends on the offset of the wheel and what your camber is... On my '97 Integra with 40 offset wheels and 205/50-15 Azenis I don't have any rubbing problems. I'm lowered 1.75" in the front, but I did not "correct" the camber for obvious reasons. Getting rid of the negative camber will increase your chances of rubbing.
