more modification then you can shake a stick at
Step 1 - Find a machine shop that can weld them for you
Step 2 - Pay them to do it.
And this has been covered. Please don't post without searching first. FYI the "seat pan swap" trick that most people do to get most civic/integra seats in the ED's will not work with the EP seats. WELD STOCK RAILS ON.

I had EP seats in my EF and to be honest is not worth it...the seats sit too high not safe at all...thats why I got rid of them.
I now have 97 ITR seats front and rear...
