a friend of mine had a b20 in his crx and he drove it down to carlise for a car show and on the way home his radiator hose blew off and it overheated really bad to the point that eh couldnt drive it and i was just curious if possibly his sleeves could be cracked from it overheating. He wants to sell it to me but i dont know if i want to buy it cuz of the posibility of the sleeves being cracked.

 

only one way to find out. Pull the head. Honestly i doubt he cracked his sleeves unless he was beating on it badly when it happened and didnt shut down the car.

 

he was driving normal and i guess the radiator hose poped off and he didnt know it so he kept driving and the further he drove the worst the car would run until he couldnt drive it anymore and poped the hood and found out what a cluster **** it was
