skunk2 cam gears

well i have skunk2 cam gears on my h22 and i was wondering where shold i ajust them at they are at 0-0 and stock internals

strap it to the dyno, and what numbers are best to use it

they should only be done on a dyno. why did you get them if you have stock internals?
