Default Will projector headlights help my HIDs get brighter?

Sorry, I created a thread in the Integra forum and forgot that I should of posted this here.

I got a 96 GSR with 2001 front bumper and I think it still has the stock 96 headlights on it. My 350Z HIDs don't shine for shiet on the road and yes I know why it does cause of the way the headlight is made. But I'm wondering, will these Dual Angel Eyes (Halo) Chrome Housing Projector Headlights help make it shine alot brighter? Right now, I can't see **** on the road so I gotta keep my high beams on and I don't want to do that cause it'll blind on coming traffic. So do you think it'll help at all? Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, I tried putting in these 9006 lightbulbs I bought and guess what? They were bad! It definitely didn't shine as bright as the HIDs and were even worst. My headlights must be facked up or something. Whats up with that?
