Default ABS & TCS warning lights illuminating... Why?

ABS & TCS warning lights light a few seconds after youve braked hard or after a minute normal driving.

I've just changed my front brake pads and bled the system but cant figure out whats wrong. What makes those lights come on?

Also my E-brake light wont go off when the lever is lowered, I pressed the switch manually but there is only a slight contrast change. This has also only started happening since I fitted the new brakes.

Anyone got any tips/advice on this? I could really use some help.

Also I think that the bleeding sequence I used may not have been correct, possibly.

Blueprinted pads, identical in every way to the Nissin ones I took off. I dont know about the compound though.

All brake lights working fine, No CEL.

Ok heres some more facts to help figure this out;

1 when I was topping up the brake fluid I spilt some over the container. Could the fluid have shorted somthing? but then again this doesnt trip straight away.

2 When my car was working fine; If I pumped the brakes while it was running it would rev 100rpm or so then smoothly drop back down.
What happens now is that it revs then suddenly drops off again and a few seconds later the ABS and TCS lights will show.

3 I checked the front calipers nipples and saw it seemed to have leaked some so I took all the wheels off and got the bleeding-nipple really tight on each one. After I'd done this it took alot longer before it would trip out, but it was still doing it.

TCS only comes on the JDMs I think.

I dont think it is the sensors because they were fine before I changed the brakes and I haven removed them. Is there some special proceedure to bleeding the Ludes' ABS system?
How tight do you torque the nipples to?

Turned out to be an airlock in the system, took 4x flushes/ re-bleedings before it was fine, all issues resolved and I can once again give the break pedal a hard time without locking the wheels up
