With gas prices as they are, would Honda ever consider making a super-MPG HX version of the accord? I see they are already venturing into that arena with the hybrid/V6.

Tall ratio 5 (or even 6) speed manual tranny with a VTEC-E 2.4. Big size car that can get high 30's on the highway? I think that would sell.

 

The accord is too heavy to make any sort "super-MPG" car.. although there is a turbo-diesel version in Europe right now.
