You can't make it cooler/faster for free, no matter what anyone says.

 

The quickest thing i can get off my head is get some smaller rims than stock. Just tell someone that you'll trade straight up, and don't forget about stripping everything besides your seat in the car. Good enough to lose weight, wheel size, and go on a diet.
