I have just recently ordered 5 items online from icbmotorsport.com last thursday, I have try to call like 20 times and i get a message, (we are on vacation from the 15th to the 25th), So i'm like thats weird, why are they closed for 10 days. So i call today and the message has changed it says (there on vacation from the 16th to the 29th). i have checked my credit card statement and they have taken their money. what should i do?

 

Wait until the 29th to panic? That's what I'd do. It's the holiday season, and while you don't have your stuff, you had to expect there might be a delay in you getting it because of that.

 

damn that sucks. i guess all you can do is wait until the 29th and give them a call again. if you have to ...you can clear things up with your credit card company too. good luck though and let us know what happens

Dude, they have a shop in SoCal. I think if they wanted to scam you - they probably wouldn't advertise the location of their store. If you think you're being scammed, take a road trip.

You ordered it online. So THEY didnt take your money, the people they pay to do there online merchant account, takes the money, then gives it to them. Why didnt you just call and order?

 

don't sweat it they are on vacation they told me so before they left.

 

I never ordered from them but a similar situation came up wioth another retailer when I bougha front clip. They went on vacation for a few days and I got my stuff soon as they got back. 13 days is a long time for Thanksgiving though......just wait it out

 

i have ordered from them before. I had a very good transaction with them.

And i live in Socal, i can stop by there if for some reason if you cant get a hold of them. HTH

 

ive bought things off them a few times, mostly off ebay not directly off their website. ive also had them add things onto my ebay order, and everything was fine. they do go away alot it seems, probly to japan for parts...

 

i dont think you have been scamed.. just wait it through.. it is the holidays.

also, if your a jdmcivic.com member, an2ny_999 seems to be either the same person, or is also really tight with them or works there.

Ive never heard anything bad about them before.. so im sure its nothing to worry about. Just a case of bad customer service. Good luck.

yeah, some business do have weird hours. you never know at this time of the season there may only be a couple guys running the place that are going on some big vacation... hopefully they wont be out with your money and no intensions of giving you your **** tho

just get ahold of em a day or two after their break.

 

you have nothig to worry about...if worst comes to worst just call your credit card company and say you didn't make that purchase.....they will charge back immediately

no no no. that is all wrong ... jdmland / icbmotorsports would never ever try to scam anyone ..... they have a ebayaccount, with over 10,000 + positive. I ahve ordered from them, nice people ... just be calm, stop werrying about your parts and focus a bit for thanksgiving

 

Yeah, I have used them numerous times for parts and Ray has always been cool as ****.

yeah like everyone said, don't worry. i was just in California last saturday and tried to go there. they are most defiantly closed for awile with a sign on the door, was looking forward to a pillaging of matt's stuff

 

i've bought ctr headlights from them, power folding mirros relay, and a ctr crank pulley.....i have no complaints..ray is a cool guy and he is legit......give him time...maybe something happened...
