Install Phase One: Project 2.0L GSR *Pic City*
Well, ive finally pieced together my turbo kit for my GSR. Its been a year in the making but its finally fallen together. I bought all the parts with my own hard earned money, and i wanted to supervise and do all of the work myself and with the help of friends, so Saturday night we started to test fit some pieces. Heres phase one pics...

Test Fit PWR Half Size

Hacking the stock radiator top mount to work

Look ma, no radiator!

Mounting the slim fan to the radiator with zip ties

Clean

Cap barely fits, but it does, so who cares..

Final Mount..

You can see we moved the top mount over and just drilled a hole for it...

NOW FOR THE TURBO STUFF

My IC and IC piping, which is currently at the powder coating place...

Just felt like taking a pic of my bumper off...

Last time you'll ever see my bumper support.

Cheers bitch

Dont ask, JDM Pose Sawing...

Zip Tie test Fit

Pretty big huh...

Test fitting the lovefab..gotta hack that power steering pulley support in half...

The End...
Next Weekend we are moutning the exhaust to see if im going to be able to run my downpipe straight to exhaust, and when i get my IC piping back everything else will be installed...
Thanks for looking...

I would of just thrown on some safety glasses, takes 2 seconds and well worth it. I'm curious why you shouldn't wear gloves with a grinder?? I've heard this before but I can't remember the reason, because the glove can get caught and bring your hand in or something?
