After spending $100 on gas, $80 on entry fees, $50 on food and an undisclosed amount on beer this weekend to go to SC just to beat Aaron "no show" Buckley I have decided there is a better way.

To anyone racing against Aaron Buckley, I am willing to pay top dollar for beatings handed to Mr. Buckley. Bounty will be paid to drivers providing official results with Mr. Buckley's name listed below theirs as well as a photo of Mr. Buckley in an emotional state of sadness.

Rates are negotiable and dependent upon event size.

That was a joke too. Prompted by (as Heyward has pointed out) the suggestion that we should all tread lightly because a few thugs (who just happen to be millionaires thanks to professional sports and a misguided sense of importance in our society, but I digress...) decided to act like asses this weekend. Oh well, I have no Buckley-beating stories to tell of since I run STX... but I'm still annoyed his STS car is probably every bit as fast/faster than my STX car in a drag. Feh.

I will echo the congrats to Sawyer... anyone who doesn't believe in the Evo School take a look at the DC Tour results and the NCAC Results, night and day!

This has been a long time coming, Scott has always been a guy who has all the pieces but has struggled to put them together. I hate to loose, but I was very happy to see Scott take the win.

He would have kicked the living sh*t out of Buckley if he had shown....

 

Is this the same Scott Sawyer that would have come in 5th in STS Open class and 8th STS overall at the August 18 Tarheel event in Laurinburg had he not DFL'd in Pro class?
