best motor mods for h23a have 3000 to spend

what do you mean keep saving? i got my jdm h22 from hmotorsonline for 1950. out the door (i picked it up). I'd say either turbo it or just get an h22.

um yo yeah that vtec 23 is the shiz
but really if u want to do any thing to the 23 its really a waste if you dont redo the bottom end first it doesnt like revs. i spun a rod bearing in mine. gettin jdm h22 all the way that is prob the best bet, or just buy a civic hatch and start with that would be way faster for less money

... not idea to bore it pass 89mm... if you crack a sleeve, theres not much more to work with 
please add more logic to your post 
and it wouldnt really be an h24... it'd be a 2.4L h22
