Default What should a 88/91 CRX SI fuel pressure be?

Guys,
Forgive but I've lost my notes. I've replaced my fuel pressure regulator with an adjustable one some time ago. I want to do some tuning tomorrow and would like to start at the factory fuel pressure and factory timing and my Chilton (sp) doesn't tell me. So, does someone know? Anyone with a Helms? Thanks in advance for the info!

The factory manual says it should be between 40 and 50psi at idle with the vacuum hose disconnected. Mine is set around 46psi.
