Testing waters...ITR Shell FS:
As my other post states I am getting the shell back from the Insurance company and and it will have a COD Title. It cannot be street legal here in FL, but i am pretty sure that other staes is different.
A bunch of people im'd me about it when it first happened, but I don't have th im's anymore.

Honestly, I was looking to get around $3500 before I found out the car had a cod title. Now I am looking to determine a resonalble value. I am accepting offers.

Did you already buy it back?
If you didn't, it might just be easier for you to walk away from it and take the $$$settlement.
The only way I see you breaking even with that titled shell is if you sell it to someone in the RRAX forum for an HC buildup. Which is a great idea.
Do yourself a favor and post up some detailed pics again and give an idea of what you'd like to get for it. Not what you Need to get for it. Just remember the aggrevation involved in the sell.

I am from FL and was under the impression that once you got it road ready you could apply for a change of title to rebuilt. It's been awhile and not a ITR but I did this with a corvette.

There's nothing wrong with the body of the car. The front lip is missing as are the front bumper lenses. All the glass is still in tact, tail lights are even still there. No emblems. Type R stickers are still there too
