get a lawyer,itl cost you like 500 $ tops then get all the information you can on the company and give it to your lawyer make sure you have copies of bills you payed or something you can show that you payed,then your lawyer should be able to give him a summons through the mail of the company that if he doesnt pay he will have to show up in court and if he doesnt reply within the days he recieves the summons he will be recieving of a statement with a warrent for not going to court and if he doesnt show up or give himself in then ..thats when your town sherrif takes action and that should have him shitting in his pant ...any question feel free to im me

I just received a call from him. He said that i am going to receive all my parts soon. We will see. I am not going to stop anything though until i really see that the parts are coming.

If you would have just looked you'd see that he has been around and scammed many people. You aren't the first and as long as people keep giving him business he'll continue to do it.
