Default Brake Pads

I am just wanting to get some opinions on Brake Pads. I have an 88 DX with a ZC and am doing a rear disk swap. Just curious what you guys use along with the pros and cons of each.

TIA

I use axxis metalmaster pads. They're cheap ( http://www.optauto.com ) and work well for street. I dont know how well they would hold up to race conditions, but they hold up well to me beating the hell outa them
For street use, give them a shot

Hey I have a 88 crx si that I use for track events, and I use porterfield pads in the rear (91crx si) disks and hawk black or blue in the front. But I just ordered a set of KFP to try. Use to be called power pads they are made out of carbon-kevlar and don't eat rotors like the hawks do. Plus they make the pads for porterfield. Think about putting on the 11' rotors and wilwood calipers, makes a BIG difference. I see you live in Coats I'm not to far from you I'm by 40/42. The # to KFP is (888)518-6656. They make street and track pads.
