Will springs for a 96-00 civic hatch fit a coupe of the same year? I think they would fit but im not certain...

The only difference between all of the models/body styles in the 92-00 civic's supsension was the spring rate. You could use the rear struts from a 92 hatch on your 99 coupe with no modifications.

So, yes they will work.
