99 conversion on 95 civic

can anyone help meeh with a 99 front converison on a 95 civic..... if its possible like a price for all the parts..

When I used to go to high school a dude brought his 92-95 civic with a 96-00 front conversion. It looked good.

Why dont you just buy a Dodge Caliber if you want a goofy looking car with an out-of-proportion oversized front end?
