What year/chassis Civic has the seatbelt mounted to the floor?

What year/chassis Civic has the seatbelt mounted to the floor?
Can someone please tell me what model year (including 2dr, 4dr, etc.) of Civic has the center seatbelt clip mounted on the exhaust tunnel, and NOT on the seat? I'm going to make a junk yard run, and I need to know all my options. I hope it's cool that I posted this in both civic boards, since I didn't know what applied to what chassis. Thanks for any help!!

Anyone? I just need something to go on here so I don't waste my time tracking down junkyard cars that don't have the right parts. The 88-89 civic HB and the 88 crx are the only ones that have been suggested to me. Anyone know if this is right? Thanks for any help!
