it seems 2 me as if my car is idleing a bit lower then it should and seems 2 be idleing a bit rough, like im feeling a fair amout of vibration in the cabin. So my question is at what rpm should a 5th gen se be idleing at?

 

My 5th gen idles at about 700-800 rpm. I had the same problem and tried using throttle body cleaner. Do not use carburator cleaner. The idle is very smooth now and it doesn't stall anymore. If that doesn't work then check IACV.
