Hey guys. I can smell a strong smell of fuel when using the car, its definatly running rich as the exhaust tip is completly black and during a cold start it will occasionally spurt out black stuff , What could be wrong with the car? I hear it could be due to poor ECU or the O2 sensor?

Do you have an aftermarket fpr? If so check your gauge and see how many psi it is set at. O2 sensor,map sensor, and ECU are other possibilities.
