I am building a set of HM ITB's using GSXR 1000 ITB's and am planning to utilize the GSXR's injectors and rail. My question is this: does it matter if the injectors are on top (visible from above) or if they are on the bottom (not visible)??

Aesthetics is the reasoning for having them fire from below.

Sorry i don't think the "honda-tech flaming wizards" can answer this one I've tried to get at least an opinion and that didn't even work. Personally I'm using the injector location for the ITB and the stock boss for pro-shot foggers direct port with Nitrous/alcohol injection for cooling becasue of my high CR.
