Default 93 Integra RS, what to do with $2000 extra to engine?

Hey Guys,
I just bought a 93 Integra RS with 117K miles and I have put about 2k to 3k in it cosmetically (rims, coilovers, seats, sound) and now I want to start on the engine but I have so many options:
Option #1: LS/Vtec Conversion
Option#2: B18C Swap (thinkin I might be alil more than I have)

Option#3: Turbocharge the stock LS

Option#4: Use money to rebuild and strengthen motor (pistons, rods, etc)

These are just some of the things I could do. Also this is going to be my daily driver in a college town so has to be reliable and strong. Also in the future, I do plan on turbocharging the motor. Need help quickly. Thanks and God bless!

turbo setup is a good idea, but not if you are working on a tight budget. you cant skimp out on necesarry parts. You have to do it right the first time.

Plan on what you want to do in the future. If you plan to turbo the ls engine, save up for a built bottom or save up more funds to get the turbo setup.
OR
if you plan to do an LS/VTEC, get the VTEC head and build up the LS bottom at the same time. that way, the block is prepped for the VTEC conversion and you have the appropriate oil pump(ITR/GSR), to fulfill the needs of the VTEC function.

$2000 is actually good enough for getting the head and building a basic LS block with CTR pistons. that would get you some good hp.
