Default i have no power

my friend has a 89 crx dx and it's getting no power, i checked all the grounds, use my battery and had his recharged and no fuse's are blown.

so what could be the problem?

Are you sure sure you checked the battery fuse under the hood.??

yup i checked it,

oh that that also brings a qustion for my other friend, how do you stop that fuse from blowing?

Well,if you're using the right size fuse and it keeps blowing then they're must be a short somewhere or maybe the wire's rubber coat is corroded and touches bare metal..
Thats what happend to my fathers peugeot ..You could see the wire was sparking everytime it touched metal..and it would blow the fuse everytime it touched metal.
The actual rubber coat on the wiring had corroded..
and it also blew the main relay..It was a bitch rewiring a Frech car..

Also did your friend ever splice the wire to run another power source..if the power source has to many amps it can blow the fuse also..

EXample..I ran a the fan wire straight to the main relay and it lasted maybe a week before the relay blew..

hmm... so is he or isn't he blowing that fuse? If so probably looking at a short. Time to take out a Voltmeter and start tracing. YAY!!!
