question on valve spring

question on valve spring
i have gsr head...i disasembled my valve train yesturday i notice that intake valve train is only one spring which is the exhaust valve train comes with inner and outer spring...is this suppost to come with stock gsr head? cuz the guy that i bought it from he said that its stock
