Default Nissan brake pads

checking for some new brake pads, check out this link:

http://replacement.autopartswa...ory=N

There are brake pads that say the manufacturer is Japan but it says Nissin in the name of the pad.

Same thing? Are they Nissin pads?

I just put Nissin STD pads on my 97 EX. They make good OEM pads. Mine are stamped Nissin....came in Nissin box etc. but no shims...ask the supplier. Must be a wrong pic for that listing ? Your link/list is for Acura Integra ! ? AEM pads I believe are made by Nissin so look for a good deal on those too.

I guess so. NISSIN is a company that makes our brakes. its stamped on your caliper, and they make wonderful pads. Nissan is a company that makes low build quality cars that are ugly and need to be removed from the road.

Hope that helps, hehe.

AEM's brake pads are made in conjunction with Nissin, and are fantastic. Kinda pricey, i paid 55$ shipped, but FANTASTIC. just as they said. low squeal, low dust, great grip, rotors dont wear so bad/

I agree completly... I mean... arrrggghhh!

As for the pads, I had a set on my teg, they were good, but they didn't come with shims, and I installed them without... The pads were ok though.
