Step 1: Get Helms manual.
Step 2: Follow directions in Helms manual.

This is a must for doing anything to whatever type of car you happen to own. Let us know what kind it is, there's probably a manual available online.

As you're looking at the motor, there's a bolt hole on the back on the right side, thread a bolt in there a little. for the other side, you'll have to hunt around. Some people go around the distributor, but that always made be a little uneasy. If you loosen a transmission bolt you can get the chain around it.

For a manual, check here:

There's a writeup on the ls-vtec conversion on the c-speed site posted above, and there's loads of info on it here if you search. You'll need an oil line, dowel pins, and miscellaneous other junk. A quick search will tell you all you need to know.

Don't hoist your engine by the Distributor.......Not a good Idea. There is usually a bracket that is on the tranny that you can put a bolt and nut through. The threads of the tranny hole bolts may get jacked up if you try to lift and you didn't put the bilt in enough. Using the search tool is good... But always double check with the manual... Cause there are alot of people on here that give the wrong advice and it will cause you to mess something up. Hope you can figure it out. Laters....
