I have a 93lide vtec and it doesnt idle since i put an intake filter on it, but then i put back the stock again, it's still the same. It idles at 1300 rpm..but isnt it normally at 500 rpm?? Thanks

 

Try adjusting the idle screw. It's a big noticeable screw on the intake manifold.

 

I did try to adjust the idle screw closing it more but it would have a jumping idle rising and falling from 2500 rpm - 1000 rpm..it doesnt make any sense! I thought it needed come valves adjustment and i did that done and it still having same problems..hopefully someone can come up with the reason becuz i'm tired of driving this kind of idle..thanks
