Accord LX 95. I want more power, but the engine swap is too expensive for me.. what can i do instead

Only viable options for more power are cheap turbo (I've seen non-intercooled T25 turbo kits for 5th gen accords for $1600) and nitrous (can get a basic setup for around $500, but you will have to keep refilling).
An H22 might be expensive, but you can get a JDM F22B (Destroked H23) for $750 shipped. 160 hp, 142-148 tq.
