Default yet again with the motor mount....

Im probably geting really annoying with this motor mount BS, but I was just wondering, I think my car had been in a front end collision, and i do not think its the factory motor. its a D15b2 this is in a 88 crx DX..my question is, if its a motor from a newer crx would the front tranni mount be diffren't in someway? thus making me having to buy a diffren't motor mount not one for a stock 88 dx? sorry for the boring posts..but thanx!

Sal

The motor is the stock and the mounts are the same throughout the years of 88-91.

the mounts for the d15b2 should fit correctly. i'm not sure about the 88 crx but that motor came stock in my 91 std hatch. dseries mounts are pretty much the same. i'm using my old mounts on my swap except for the driver's side. the mount may have been bent if it was wrecked?
