i drive a 97 prelude sh

anyways im a dumbass and didnt check my oil for like a month (i know im dumb) and it was like a quart low and i noticed that my fuel cutoff was sumthing crazy like 6k and was told that my car was runnin in safe mode

anyways i changed and refilled my oil and i wanted to know if thers sumthing i have to do un safemode it or if it does it automatically

Try resetting the ECU

 

it may have been so low that vtec couldnt engage, but sounds like your ok now, dont let that ever happen again though, it coulda turned out ugly.....you will be fine if its got enough oil now, you wont need to reset anything....
