Integra front shocks....
I have a question that maybe you guys can help me find an answer to.
Do you have any idea if Integra GSR front shocks have different body length than Integra Type-R front shocks?
If I am correct, the Type-R car itself is lower than the GSR version or other same generation Integras. If so, isn't the Type-R shock bodies shorter also to compensate for shock travel? Also, are the Type-R front shocks interchangable with the GSR fronts? I know that the rear shocks are built differently from each other, so it is not interchangable.
I own a 1996 Honda Prelude, and I installed 1995 Integra GSR front shocks onto my car. The GSR shock bodies are about 2.6 cm (~1inch) shorter than my stock Prelude shocks. If I can find out if the Type-Rs are shorter... that would be GREAT. I believe that the Type-Rs have same style front dampers that sit on damper forks just like the GSR and my Prelude.
THANKS VERY MUCH!!
