spun bearing on b20 (lsvtec)

i am rebuilding my b20 and i was wondering if i would be able to reuse my rods even though i spun a bearing and cracked cylinders i mean my gut instinct is to just replcae it but what do you guys think

yes replace them, or have a machine shop check them out
