How to tell fuel pump bad.

What do i look for to notice that my fuel pump is bad...

measure amp draw from it. If its drawing more amps than specs, then its working harder to get the same amount of fuel through. then you kno if its good or bad.

Tell someone to put your key to the on posistion while you try and listen for your fuel pump to turn on. I take off the gas cap and put my ear there to listen for it.
