ITR Rim Question

I was wondering if anyone has a program or the plans on how to convert a 4x100 bolt pattern and redrill it to a 5x114.3(ITR) by using the existing 4 bolt hub

not really sure if that's what he meant.
as far as that project goes. i'd would say it's not worth converting the 4 lug hubs given the risks of driving on annealed and possibly stress fractured hubs.
