Can someone help me and tell me whats better for ITB's, the AEM EMS or Hondata s200? What else is needed for ITB's when installing it, like should I get the Golden Eagle vacuum manifold? help Im very confused on this issue, if someone can tell me EVERYTHING thats needed to install this, that would be great. Thanks.

EMS is better, that way you can tune via the TPS and not the map.

You don't NEED a vaccum manifold, but its a good idea. Some sort of filter should also be used.

A new IM gasket probably wouldn't be a bad idea, as your old one will probably crack off.

Other than that, its pretty much just a manifold. You will need zip ties and whatnot to hang the Air temp sensor, and the IAC.

Honestly, if you are that confused on what is needed you really don't know enough to start using an ITB setup right now. I would do lots of searching and research, then consider it.

Regardless, I would forget about it at this point. If you are really dedicated to doing it, there are more than enough threads you can read through to learn it all. ITBs are not like putting on a cold air intake, and you really should know and understand as much as possible about them before atempting anything like it.

if you dont use a vaccum box then how will you use your brakes? I have itbs on my car and i love them. I drive about 100 miles a day and they feel like stock. they idle real smooth and the power gains that i have felt are very nice. I dont have a stock motor and i dont suggest you putting them on anything but a built motor. I would say itbs are the thing you do last when you run out of ideas.

I plan on putting it on a BUILT motor, I know that much, im just trying to plan ahead. The main things i know is that you have to tap into each runner about fuel delivery and run a vacuum log where you put the map sensor, im just looking for feedback on what people have to say and what they use, also figuring out what mgt. will work better between AEM EMS or S200. thanks for the feedback though.

You can run a vacuum canister and tie in the Map sensor and then you can run hondata and it will work fine. Plus it's a lot cheaper than AEM ems

Aem ems for itb's as you can use tps and map based load to tune. As with hondata you can only use map and its a pain getting your car to run right in the low rpm's
