How do I know if I have a JDM B16 intermediate shaft?????
I know that the intermediate shaft plays a big part on which axles you can and can't use. I need to know how to identify, visually or by part # if I have a JDM B16.
In short I have an Intermediate shaft stamped with SK7 is this the JDM B16 inter. shaft or teh USDM 90-93 integra??
thanks for the help

SK7 is the jdm b16a intermediate shaft and is also the same intermediate shaft as the 90-93 integra intermediate shaft
ok...back to same question.... how can i identify them visually...gurus please help. want to get new axles but don't want to trade JDM axles as cores
My B16 int. shaft is long as all get out. Shoot me a PM with how long your current int. shaft is, and Ill tell you if you have the one that you need to run 90-93 teg axles. I've got both the longer one, shorter one and one for an automatic.

Also the y1 trans uses a different inter shaft. The sk7 shaft is the one to have for a simple 90-93 teg axle setup.
i dont know the part numbers, or what is stamped on either one, but i got my b16 from jhpusa.com and it came with the jdm intermediate shaft, i got an ls one from a friend and they looked and weigh'd the exact same, the best thing to do in my opinion is to just take the shaft and drive to autozone, pep boys, napa and ask for 90-93 integra ls axles, they will surely let you see one for a second, then just see if the axles will fit into it, if it doesnt then u know you have the wrong one, the best and cheapest way to go is to just pic up an ls halfshaft at a junkyard, that where you don't have to spend money on custom axles that are bound to break anyway, when if you buy the ls halfshaft and get ls axles, they are on a lifetime warrenty, and with the small single cam core axles-they look like b series ls axles- you can get them for 100 bucks your first time, and then each time you break them they are free.......
cliffnotes- get ls halfshaft- get ls axles and save 200+ bucks instead of buying custom axles- take 2 passenger side single cam axles as core exchanges because they look just like ls axles,short and stubby, and you will save around 200 bucks- if they break they are free replacement instead of buying 350$ custom axles that are just gonna break again

The question isnt whether the teg axles will fit into the inter shaft. All teg axles and 1G B16 axles have the same inner jt spline count. The problem is with the diff in length of the y1 inter shaft compared to the sk7(90-93)integra piece.
FOUND IT>>my friend gave me his JDM half shaft off his b16 cause he scored and LS one
LS=SJ7-J
