just wondering, when winter come is it time for you to hang up your bike til spring???

i put my bike away today, snow + motorcycle = me on the pavement

also salt + motorcycle = corrosion on the aluminum parts

What does a pole have to do with winter? Maybe skiing?

supposedly, it reached the mid to high 40's late tonight and it was pouring. didn't stop me from riding though good god, my fingers felts like they were literally frozen though.

I use latex gloves underneath my gloves. Helps to keep my fingers a little bit warmer.

Or, get heated grips like all those BMW and touring bikes.

i rode all winter last year in NH, just wash and wipe things down every week or so.

my earlier post was before i went out around 5 or so....what the hell happened here? it was colder in san diego than new hampshire! wheelspin like mad. i need to get off race compounds soon.

i'm trying to cope with winter but these low 30's and driving for an hour at a time at 90+ is hurting me. i can't get over this cold ive had for weeks now.
