Default HASport Driver's side mount not working

Hi, I am having trouble with my driver's side mount. The mount is too angled to bolt onto the side of a b16, it is pretty much the same as the stock mount. if you bolt it up to the motor it is pointing forward with the bushing being squished. Some pics:
Stock mount compared to hasport. Did they send the wrong one?

Here is the mount compared to a hatch with a b16. See how the bolt holes don't match up? I don't know what mount is on the hatch, but it looks like the shape I need.

Same comparison:

Stock d15 mount, compared to working b16 mount:

This is what the mount would look like bolted to the motor. It needs to rotate back quite a bit.

Also, I have a wiring problem. I have a ecu adapter from locashracing ( http://locashracing.com/store/...id=40 ) and it doesn't plug in. Was this for a different harness?
The car originally an si, but has been through many swaps and the harness is pretty hacked, and I'm pretty sure its a DX harness, not SI (I can't tell the difference, anybody know how to explain the differences to me so I can check?). This jumper doesn't plug in, so I'm guessing it is designed for an SI harness. Could buying a harness be the answer to my wiring problem?
If it is, anyone know where I can find a full uncut SI harness?

i used to work in nanakuli.. behind maile point on paakea rd. small world.

check your part numbers first. second, on the Bseries, there are 2 pieces to the mount on drivers side. one half bolts to block, one half bolts to bay. i cant see past your hand if its there or not. there is usually a fixed stud in one hole. do you have the correct B series engine half of it? what car is the motor out of?

You will need to get a block mount from a 90-93 integra.

The part that has the fixed stud in 1 hole mounts vertically with 2 bolts, this one uses 3 bolts in a triangle.
So The 90-93 integra block mount is what I need? It should have 3 holes to mount to the block and 2 to mount to the hasport mount, right?

Motor is out of an ek

i had to use a 90-93 mount it is in the instructions from hasport. You must read the instructions hasport sells the mounts already modified or you can buy the mount from honda and modify it youself.

Hehe, then I'd like to find the guy who rewired an obd1 harness to work on a dpfi motor

Anyone know where I can buy the acura block mount? Everywhere I look I just get a description like this:
"Left (timing belt side) This is the engine mount located on the left side of the engine compartment. The bracket bolted to this mount is not included (reuse or order from the dealer)."

All the sites don't have a picture, it kinda sounds like the mount for the car, not the motor. They all seem to be around $63, is that about right? Can I pick it up at the dealer? I get a discount and they'll probably have the picture.

I know what the mount looks like (or can basically figure it out) but I don't know what I'm ordering. The descriptions suck and there is no picture. They don't even give a matching part number(11910 PR3 010).

Go to an Acura dealer and tell them what part you need. They'll get you one...nice and simple. Nothing needs to be modified on it. That part number you posted is exacly what appears on the plastic bag it comes in...you should just be able to give them that PN.

The only thing you need to modify is the rear L bracket (also from a 90-93 Integra)... if you have the tranny with the big *** 14mm bolts going into it (I dont know the years.). You have to drill out two of the holes, that is the modified bracket HASport sells.

Hasport makes several different style mounts for the different mount bracket/engine/chassis combinations, they may make the mount you need saving you the expense of getting the other style bracket. You might want to PM Locash as he will know the answer to this and your question about the adapter harness too. Good Luck.

Get a 90-91 drivers side mount BRACKET. As stated above.

You can tell if its an si harness if you look at the injector plugs, if its an si there is 4 white injector plugs.

If you have a dx harness in a si chassis, get a si harness for sure(one that matches your year).

I make custom harnesses if anyone needs assistance

First gen B16 brackets work also. FWIW, the 94 up hydro trannies are the ones with the big bolts.
