im puttin in 403's in my ls along with skunk2 intake mani. should li get a new throttle body or bore it out or will the stock have enough air flow for em?

 

If you want the best flow. Check out http://www.dh-racing.com You can get a IM / TB combo that are matched. It costs some money but it's gonna give u more then the skunk manifold.

 

i heard stock was fine and that there is no need to do this. anybody else got a say in it

A bigger TB is not a bad idea, especially with cams, but you wont get the full effect til you up the compression!

IMO I say do it just not too big! Contact Jorge at Maxbore(www.maxbore.com) and he can get you from stock to 62-64mm and port match the IM:

$100 for the TB
$60 for the IM
