went to the junkyard on friday and found an 88 shell. I'm looking for a racecar shell so this would work.

just curious what you would think its worth.... and if I should do it?

I know its worthless without pics but... maybe later.

88 CRX DX auto (cool no extra weight with no sunroof)
Light Blue color (cool color I think)

missing all front body panels...hood bumper fenders (no biggy)

never wrecked, its very straight. (my current 89 si racecar is a little bent, subframes will not bolt up without alot of effort)

minor usual rust

doors and hatch open very nicely

no title (kinda sucks cuz I like to drive to in state events, any suggestions)

I will swap everything out including ALL suspension parts.. are 88 shells the exact same??

I've heard some storys that mounting is diff in 88's??

 

I think a good shell w/o rust is worth about $200-300. There are also people who will let you have a shell for free if you haul it off.
