just burnt a hole in my seat :( help
well i use this heat lamp for a work light in my car and it sat too long by the seat so it burnt the seat. Its very crispy and will break apart (the top layer) if someone sits on it, revealing just foam. What can i do to fix this? Can i buy that style of interior covering from honda? any ideas on what i can do? thanks
its a small area, its a circle about 2inch in diameter or so

Not sure there is much you can do about that...you can see if someone has the same color seat and buy it....or you can replace the seats all together or you can do seat covers?? i am not sure there is a way to replace just a 2 inch hole?
don't mean to jack the thread but i just recently discovered a scratch on my leather seats. the scratch is about 4-5 inches long. it didn't get cut or anything. i was just wondering if any of you know anything that'll help make it look less visible.

take it to an upholsterer and see what they say, they will do good work, but it may not be cheap.

unless you only drive your car in detroit winter.
let your car sit under the sun for an hour or two, let the glue starting to melt and get extra stickly. what a way to mess up a nice pair of pants

Goto a auto store and buy that kit for repairing leather and fabric seats. I used it on a tear in my couch and it worked good. Its like some stuff you mix up to make the right color and turns into like fiber cloth. It came out good.

Maybe you should read what you type. Try reading it out loud as well so you can hear how stupid it sounds.
