Is everything the same between a b18 & b20 block, except the b20 has a taller deck. I have a b18a1 complete engine with tranny, i'm thinking of getting just a b20 block and want to use what i can off the b18 what will and wont fit? will a b18 tranny bolt up, and I have a main cap girdle from a gsr that I put in the b18, will that fit on the b20

My other question is will a b16 vtec head fit on the b20

 

ok, Yes the head will fit, just do a search for crvtec. On the first question I dont know about internals, but water pump, oil pumb and oter externals will fit.
